This introduction to strategy frameworks consists of 5 modules. To get warmed up, you will first learn about Business Growth Strategies, the Ansoff Matrix, and the BCG Matrix. Later, we will discuss the GE McKinsey Matrix and the North Star Metric. Each module is essential to understanding the fundamentals of these strategy frameworks.
Additionally, the course will walk you through examples of how these frameworks can be applied to business cases. You will then have the opportunity to test your knowledge in follow-up quizzes. Next, you will then be able to practice your new skills in downloadable business cases. Finally, you will have access to adaptable templates you can use on client projects.
