Internal Analysis Course aims to help you better understand and apply various methods. These frameworks are ones that top management consultants use when developing business strategies for clients.
First, to develop a strategy, a consultant would look into the external environment of an industry. Next, they would view the internal aspects of a given company. The Internal Analysis course will discuss the second part of that.
Now, the Internal Analysis Course will focus on the internal factors. We will cover some of the most well known frameworks that help you to structure your analysis. These include the RBV Framework, the Value Chain Analysis, the Balanced Scorecard, the Competitive Advantage, and the SWOT Analysis, for instance.

This introduction to strategy frameworks consists of 5 modules. To get warmed up, you will first learn about RBV & VRIO Analysis. Then, the Value Chain Analysis, the Balanced Scorecard, and the Competitive Advantage. Finally, about the SWOT Analysis.
Each module is essential to understanding the fundamentals of these strategy frameworks. Additionally, each module will also walk you through examples of how these frameworks can be applied. You will then have the opportunity to test your knowledge in follow-up quizzes. Next, you will then be able to practice your new skills in downloadable business cases. Finally, you will have access to adaptable templates to use on client projects.
